After meeting with the office manager Kristina, I decided that the best way I could help this wonderful company obtain new business from our clientele was to go through specific treatments to look younger and feel more energetic so I could write about the results here.

My first appointment was to have the Fractora treatment.

My technician was Chelsea and she was very informative on what to expect. I didn’t realize just how much was involved until she started putting numbing gel on my face. After two coats and about a half hour had gone by, my face was numb. Since I didn’t have a ride home, I had to decline the Demerol offered, (trust me on this, and arrange a ride).

The Fractora treatment itself was not incredibly painful, but the thought of having blocks of little needles being pushed, (rather forcefully into your face, followed by three pulses of energy designed to stimulate the formation of collagen), made me cringe a bit. The downtime was minimal and I was back on stage within a matter of days.

The true results came about two weeks later and of all the procedures I had done, this one yielded the best results and the most complements from people that know me.

Months later, my skin still feels like it is coated with baby powder. My only regret was in not having my entire face done. This time, I only had my forehead to my mid cheek area treated.

The second time I went to BHRC was to have Xeomin injections.

My wife had me do Botox once but I didn’t like the needles going into my forehead so I wasn’t given enough to get a good result. Now that I know what is expected, I was a little braver in getting the recommended dosage. Sydney is the person that administered the injections and is also the person that did my IPL treatments. Like Chelsea, she was very informative and made me feel very comfortable. I was in and out in ten minutes looking like I had mosquito bites on my forehead for the next half hour.

Within a week, I was unable to frown, (which felt a little weird at first). I got used to it and now that I look at pictures before the treatment, I’m very happy I decided to undergo this treatment.

After three months, the effect was beginning to wear off and I was once again able to create frown lines so I scheduled a second appointment, this time also having the crow’s feet area injected.

I would recommend Xeomin treatments to anyone who wishes to look younger by minimizing the effect of frowning or smiling. I’ve had countless complements from friends, family, and ladies attending the shows and I owe them all in great part due to these two wonderful procedures.

The second time I went for the Xeomin injections was also my first time getting IPL done on my chest. I’ve had years of sun damage to my chest and shoulder area and I always appear to be sunburned, even in the winter months. IPL, (intense pulsed light), utilizes a hand held tool that resembles a massager. Little sections are done with each pulse so it took over a hundred cycles to do my entire chest area. After such a long career as an exotic dancer, you can only imagine how many times I’ve been in a tanning bed and the toll it took over the years. This procedure was created to counteract the many years’ worth of sun damage to this region of my body.

I have now been in four times to treat the area and the results are amazing! My chest doesn’t look purple anymore and I don’t think I’ll ever go in the sun again shirtless without sunblock.
